Q: What photography format(s) do you use?
A: We shoot digitally using professional cameras and lenses. We feel digital is more flexible in terms of creating more interesting, varied photographs for you.
Q: Do you attend Wedding Fairs?
A: We attend a select number of Fairs. Our next Fair is at Stanmer House in autumn 2007.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: This is our fourth year photographing weddings, however we have been photographers for about 10 years. We feel the freshness of our business is advantageous in terms of a stylish, creative approach to wedding photography.
Q: How do I obtain a bespoke quotation if none of your packages suit me?
A: We suggest that you initially email or phone us, providing as much information as you can (e.g. location, length of coverage). We can then prepare a quotation for you. Alternatively, we could arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements in person.
Q: Am I able to get prints from my complimentary CD?
A: Yes. The CD we provide, of your photographs at high-resolution, is yours to keep. The photographs are of good enough quality to obtain large prints from. Although we have the original copyright, you are able to use the images on your CD freely and how ever you wish.
Q: What are Photobooks?
A: Photobooks are increasingly popular nowadays. Rather than traditional albums where photographic prints are mounted onto pages, your photographs are printed directly onto the pages of the Photobook. We offer a range of Photobooks, in different colours and styles.
Q: How do you work together?
A: The logistics of having two photographers rather than just one are fairly straightforward! We work well together as a team, communicating regularly during our attendance, to ensure we use different techniques and lenses at the same time. We will tend to be at different corners of a room or outside area, to obtain extensive coverage of your day. Effectively you will have two photographers for the price of one!
Q: Is it possible for one photographer to attend?
A: We generally work together, as we feel this ensures the best possible results for our clients.
Q: Do you offer discounts for late bookings?
A: We are happy to consider offering a discount for last-minute bookings. However, this is at our discretion and not guaranteed.
Q: Do you offer discounts for mid-week bookings?
A: We generally do not offer these discounts, as mid-week bookings have become significantly popular and is a busy time for us.
Q: Do you offer discounts for off peak bookings?
A: We do offer a budget photography package (our Option 1 package) for off-peak times. We would also consider offering a discount on our other photography packages during winter months, but this would be at our discretion.
Q: Do you only cover the Sussex area?
A: No. Although we are Sussex based, we photograph weddings and civil ceremonies throughout the whole of the south. We would also consider travelling further, however we would charge for necessary travel.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured.
Q: How do I make a booking?
A: If you decide you would like to book our services, we would send you a Booking Form and Contract to complete, sign and return. We would also request a booking deposit of 25% of your overall package price. The outstanding balance would then be due 6 weeks prior to the date of your wedding or civil ceremony.
Q: Do you photograph events other than weddings?
A: Yes, we are happy to cover weddings, civil partnership ceremonies, christenings, parties and others on request.
